🇬🇧 This work “acerca da Liberdade”, composed for the 2024 edition of Festival Leiria Cidade Criativa da Música, is grounded in my desire to “give voice” to this work, an idea that is both the starting point and intrinsic to the creative thought behind it. From the beginning, the participation of various voices was an integral part of this work. Thus, the remaining musical discourse is, in some way, interwoven with an initial melody and message, which, at a certain moment in the piece, can be heard expressed aloud. 🇵🇹 Esta obra “acerca da Liberdade”, composta para a edição de 2024 do Festival Leiria Cidade Criativa da Música, tem como ideia inicial e intrínseca ao pensamento criativo, a minha vontade de “dar voz” a esta mesma liberdade, donde a participação das diversas vozes foi desde o início parte integrante desta. Assim, o restante discurso musical, está de alguma forma interligado a uma primeira melodia e mensagem, que num determinado momento da obra, se faz ouvir de viva voz.
