🇬🇧 The music of my country is very special to me. When I reflect on this statement, I find myself as a “creator” completely inseparable from the cultural roots of my country. This mood leads me to have a very special affection for this work, which was born in a fiery gesture that had its origin in various traditional Portuguese themes. Interlace was found to be the most appropriate title for this amount of timeless “artistic” relations, being at the same time an anagram of Clarinete, the instrument featured in this work. 🇵🇹 A música do meu país é a que mais “mexe” comigo. Se refletir sobre esta afirmação, dou por mim num estado “criador” completamente indissociável das raízes culturais do meu país. Esse estado leva-me a ter um carinho muito especial por esta obra, que nasceu num gesto impetuoso, que teve a sua origem numa série de temas tradicionais portugueses. Interlace achou-se como o título mais adequado a esta quantidade de relações “artísticas” intemporais, sendo ao mesmo tempo um anagrama de Clarinete, o instrumento em destaque nesta obra.
