MUSICAR
The MUSICAR project, initiated by the Orquestra Metropolitana de Lisboa, aimed to enhance musical education for blind, visually impaired, and deaf students. Running from February to November 2023, it included workshops, training, and a final concert featuring notable composers. The initiative, supported by European funding, engaged community partners and showcased inclusive practices in music education.
